The pre permitted status saved time and money as compared to other industrial sites. The corporation shoulders a portion of the pre development to allow users to accelerate commercial and industrial development.

5-75 Acre prime commercial (M3 Zoning) sites are available to users to enhance the Town’s tax base and increase employment options for Town and area residents.

The land corporation is interested in sale and leaseback arrangements and purchase options in order to shepherd industrial development, adaptive-re use and brownfield redevelopment.
